1. Access & Accounts

• Access requires authentication via Google OAuth.
• You must be invited and approved by an Administrator.
• You may not share or transfer your login to anyone else.
• Your assigned role determines what tools and data you can access.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Schlify.info solely for:

• Internal business operations
• Assigned projects and workflows
• Collaboration within your permitted tools
• Uploading work-related documents and data

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass security, permissions, or authentication mechanisms
• Access tools, data, or admin panels not assigned to you
• Reverse engineer, copy, or extract platform code
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform
• Upload harmful, malicious, or unauthorized content
• Share internal data outside approved channels

3. Data Ownership & Permission

• You retain ownership of the content you upload.
• You grant Schlify Holdings LLC permission to store, process, and display your data solely for platform operation.

We will not use, access, or share your identifiable data for any non-operational purpose unless you explicitly grant permission.

Administrators may access user content only when necessary for support, security, or system operations. We may use aggregated or de-identified data to improve the Platform, analyze usage, and develop features.

4. Confidentiality

You may have access to confidential internal information, including but not limited to:

• Company strategies
• Financial data
• Project documentation
• Marketing materials
• Proprietary tools and processes
• Third-party content provided under NDA

You agree to:

• Keep all internal data confidential
• Not screenshot, copy, or export data without proper authorization
• Not disclose information to external parties

5. Termination of Access

We may suspend or revoke access at any time if:

• A user violates these Terms
• A security risk is detected
• A user's relationship with the organization changes
• Misuse or suspicious activity occurs

Upon termination, your access to tools and data will be disabled.

6. Disclaimers

Schlify.info is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Uptime or availability
• Error-free performance
• Data integrity
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Continuous, uninterrupted access

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Schlify Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Liability for any direct damages is limited to $100 USD or the minimum amount required by law.
• Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups if needed.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Platform after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date will indicate the latest revision.
